In this class you will learn the basic fundamentals of self defense. This includes, how to survive an attack in the worst position, not becoming a weak target, standing and ground techniques. While you won’t walk out of class a ninja, you will learn awareness and stranger situations.
By far, this is our most popular class. This course if offered for those who want to fully understand and test their limits in self defense. This class will prepare you for any real life situations you may encounter. You will learn more detailed stranger situations, intro to basic Jiu Jitsu, and practicing techniques on one of the ”bad guys”.
Train one-on-one for 90 minutes with Carol Ann. You will get training in self defense, basic Jiu Jitsu and fitness.
Carol Ann will come to your event and speak on the importance of women's self defense.
