COVID 19 POLicy

All students will have a temperature check upon arriving at every class.  Anyone with a temperature above 99.3 will not be allowed to participate in the class.  Everyone is required to wear a properly fitting mask that covers the nose and mouth.  Each student will have a designated spot and no more than 2 students will train together.  Those 2 students will remain partners the entire time.  Instinctive Defense will provide and distribute hand sanitizer.
